Cologne, December 10, 2024 - Angermann NRW GmbH announces the successful brokerage of around 1,800 m² of office space in a modern existing building at Maarweg 165 in Cologne-Braunsfeld. Jockel Brandschutztechnik-Service GmbH, a leading full-service provider in the field of fire protection, will move into its new headquarters there at the beginning of 2025.
Angermann NRW acted as an intermediary for the lease on behalf of Jockel Brandschutztechnik-Service GmbH. Important criteria for the choice of location included unchanged travel times for employees, sufficient parking spaces for service vehicles, good accessibility by public transport and car, and an attractive catering infrastructure for lunch.
Maarweg 165: The perfect solution for all requirements
Following a structured selection process, the property at Maarweg 165, owned by alstria office REIT-AG, proved to be the ideal location. The office space already largely meets the requirements profile, meaning that only minimal conversion work is required. The space also has a terrace - which was a desirable but not essential criterion. A special bonus: a new restaurant will open in the building in the first half of 2025, which will optimally meet the requirements for lunchtime catering.
