Cologne, May 28, 2025 - Angermann NRW GmbH, part of the nationwide Angermann Group, is reorganizing its office letting team in Cologne. With four new team members, digital tools and a clear vision for the future, the company is entering a new era: in future, customers will be able to find suitable office space even faster, more specifically and more transparently, supported by specialized advice and AI-based matching technology.
Strategic restructuring and expansion due to dynamic demand
Angermann NRW is strengthening its presence in the cathedral city with four new consultants: Leonard Albert (previously Hilpert AG), Philipp Kraft, Lilly Ostermann and Franziska Gazon. The team will also be supplemented by two further members shortly. However, the previous team members Niklas Lendzian and Felix Ludwig have left the company.
"The demand for modern and high-quality office space is growing - especially in Cologne's city center locations," explains Alexander Wunderle, CEO of Angermann NRW. "Thanks to our integration into the Angermann Group, we now benefit from supra-regional network effects that bring us new mandates and opportunities for cooperation."
AI tools create efficiency for customers - and for brokers
Angermann NRW is pursuing a clearly structured plan with its restructuring: digitalization should not be an end in itself, but should offer concrete and comprehensible added value. With specially adapted digital tools, the process of searching for space is being optimized for both customers and brokers.
"Our aim is for our brokers to be able to focus entirely on their core task again: providing personal advice," says Alexander Gruhler, Co-Managing Director and previously CEO of a digital agency with around 200 employees. "Thanks to a smart tech stack, algorithms are now taking over repetitive tasks - this increases speed and the quality of advice."
New team members support the vision of Angermann NRW
Leonard Albert, one of the new consultants, sees clear advantages in his move: "I am impressed by the combination of personal responsibility, owner-managed leadership and genuine technological excellence. Into the future with a spirit of optimism
Angermann NRW is firmly rooted in Cologne - from here, growth in North Rhine-Westphalia will be further accelerated. The next planned development steps are the expansion of the regional market presence, even more personalized advice and the establishment of further locations in the medium term.
