Angermann NRW and Cushman & Wakefield have successfully brokered around 2,130 m² of office space in the "Plaza" property in Cologne to Katholino, the daycare center operator of the Catholic Archdiocese of Cologne. The owner is an established German family office, which was advised by Angermann NRW as part of an exclusive landlord mandate. Cushman & Wakefield acted as broker on the tenant side.

The long-term lease agreement represents an important letting success: Even before the previous tenant moves out, around half of the space in the property has been repositioned. This underlines both the quality of the property and the continued attractiveness of the location for future-oriented users.

The deal is also exemplary of an increasingly established, contemporary letting approach: both parties were each represented exclusively by specialist advisors. This clear separation of roles ensures maximum transparency in the process, targeted negotiations and efficient decision-making.

By letting to Katholino, the "Plaza" has gained a long-term user that will strengthen the location in the long term. At the same time, the deal sends a positive signal to a selective market: high-quality space in established locations remains easy to let even in a challenging environment.
