EVA - Virtual Arenas will open its first virtual reality (VR) arena in North Rhine-Westphalia at the Siemensstrasse 1-5 location. The deal was brokered by Angermann NRW GmbH as part of an exclusive mandate.
The innovative VR arena offers state-of-the-art virtual reality technologyon around 2,700 m²of hall space. Players can compete against each other there both locally and in worldwide competitions. With the Pulheim location, the internationally successful VR franchise EVA (Esports Virtual Arenas), which already operates locations in France, Belgium and other countries, is expanding its presence and is now opening its second location in Germany.
"This location in Pulheim offers ideal conditions for an innovative and future-proof VR experience," explains Mike Dimmel, consultant at Angermann NRW GmbH. "After successfully supporting A.I. Fitness GmbH in the search for its new location, we have now also succeeded in re-letting the property. The location in Pulheim impresses with its optimal transport links and attracts players from the entire region."
Before the opening, the previous fitness space will be extensively converted for the new use in order to create the perfect conditions for the immersive VR experience.
The deal underlines the strategic market positioning of Angermann NRW GmbH, which provides its customers with sustainable support through tailor-made solutions and innovative space concepts.
