A new logistics facility is being developed for PROSERVICE Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH at Mathias-Brüggen-Straße 73 in Cologne-Ossendorf: Angermann NRW GmbH has brokered a long-term lease there for a warehouse/office combination comprising approximately 713 m² of warehouse space and approximately 416 m² of office space—a total of approximately 1,130 m².
PROSERVICE is a service provider within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and supports savings banks throughout Germany in the areas of procurement, logistics, cash supply, and financial accounting. The property is owned by TRILUX GmbH & Co. KG of Arnsberg; Angermann NRW advised both the landlord and the tenant on the transaction.
“With this location, we have found a long-term and viable solution for our logistics needs. The consistently professional communication and reliable cooperation among all parties involved were decisive factors,” says Claudia Theisen, Managing Director of PROSERVICE Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH.
“There is strong demand for small-scale warehouse space in Cologne, and new construction in this segment is virtually nonexistent.
