Following the closure of three former BMW dealerships of the Rolf Horn car dealership at the end of March 2025, Angermann NRW GmbH is taking over the exclusive marketing of the locations in Kall, Jülich and Erftstadt. With the aim of putting the properties, which have excellent commercial connections, to new use in the short term, this is an attractive opportunity for companies, investors and expanding brands.

"We are delighted to take on this mandate in a changing market environment. The properties all offer the best conditions for prompt remarketing - both individually and as a package," says Patrick Sohns, Managing Partner of Angermann NRW GmbH.

Three locations - three opportunities for business, logistics and retail

The car dealership properties reflect the typical requirements of modern commercial properties: spacious exhibition areas, functionally equipped workshop and storage areas, high-quality office units and extensive parking spaces.

Erftstadt (Gildestraße 10) - with approx. 1,529 m² of building space on a 4,588 m² plot - is considered the largest and most prestigious property. Its location on the B265 and its proximity to the A1 highway make the site particularly attractive for retail, logistics and health service providers. The property is also available both for rent and for sale.

Jülich (Rudolf-Diesel-Straße 5) is located in the Aachen - Düsseldorf - Cologne triangle and scores points with its proximity to the Jülich Research Center. The property comprises around 1,236 m² of usable space, including an air-conditioned showroom, an integrated car wash and 70 parking spaces. The connection to the A44 makes it interesting for technology-oriented companies or service companies with a regional focus.

Kall (Messerschmittstraße 12), located on the L105/L206 state highway, offers a 758 m² "plug-and-play" location with a workshop, showroom and its own car wash area. In a report in the Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger newspaper, Mayor Hermann-Josef Esser expressed his hope that "the property, which is attractively located on the outskirts of the town, will be put to a new use in the near future"(source: KStA, March 2025).

From car dealership to flexible multi-purpose use

With the professional repositioning of these three properties, Angermann NRW is responding to a growing industry trend: the conversion of space formerly used for cars into modern, multi-purpose commercial locations.

"The market is currently demanding flexible, quickly available space. These properties offer exactly that - whether for specialist stores, workshops, urban logistics or creative interim use," Sohns continues.

Professional marketing from a single source - commission-free

Angermann NRW was entrusted by the owner with a qualified exclusive marketing mandate. The rental offers are commission-free, which enables quick market access for interested parties. In addition, all three properties are available immediately.
