Angermann NRW announces the successful brokerage of a new headquarters for Eurorad Deutschland GmbH. The decision was made in favor of a high-quality, completely renovated building in a central downtown location at Clever Straße 38 / Worringer Straße 4-8, which offers Eurorad the ideal mix of a prestigious location, state-of-the-art facilities and attractive rental conditions. The long-term lease for an area of approx. 660 m² will come into force in spring 2025. The lease was signed in October 2024.
eurorad Deutschland GmbH, a leading provider of innovative mobility solutions such as company bike leasing, chose this location because it offers optimal infrastructure for bicycles, cars and public transport and meets sustainability requirements. "The new premises offer Eurorad and our employees the necessary flexibility and freedom of design to consistently continue our growth," states Franz Tepe, Managing Director of Eurorad.
Angermann NRW masters complex requirements in the search for a location
Eurorad's property requirements presented a particular challenge: They were looking for a modern and flexible office space in a central location in Cologne that was available at short notice, subject to financial constraints. At the same time, the location had to have good public transport connections, offer sufficient parking spaces for cars and bicycles and provide employees with an attractive environment. "Thanks to our precise knowledge of the market and efficient coordination, we were able to find a suitable solution that met all these criteria within four months in a structured process," explains Nils Heikaus, Director Office Leasing at Angermann NRW.
