Angermann NRW GmbH has successfully brokered a long-term lease for around 6,040 m² of hall, office and social space at St.-Leonardus-Straße 1 in Cologne. The tenant is Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe AG (KVB), represented by Stadtwerke Köln GmbH. The owner and landlord of the property is a globally active German logistics and assembly service provider.

In future, the space will serve as a logistics and storage location for KVB materials, thus making an important contribution to ensuring the operation and maintenance of Cologne's public transport system.

With the letting of the last vacant unit, the site is now fully occupied. The deal was concluded as part of a qualified sole mandate for the owner. The tenant was advised by Magna Properties as part of an exclusive search mandate.

"The successful full letting underlines the attractiveness of the location and is an expression of our long-standing, trusting cooperation with the owner," says Tom Rosenstein, Consultant Industrial & Logistics at Angermann NRW. "We would like to thank everyone involved for their professional and solution-oriented cooperation."

The deal is also seen as an important milestone by the owner: "With the full letting, the location is strategically secured for the long term and optimally positioned," explains the authorized signatory and location manager of the Cologne branch. "The professional support provided by Angermann NRW during the letting process and their excellent market knowledge and networking was a key success factor. We felt that we were well looked after at all times." Images courtesy of Angermann NRW.
