Angermann NRW lets 13,700 m² of logistics space in Frechen - full occupancy secured
Angermann NRW has successfully let a total of 13,700 m² of warehouse space in the logistics park on Ernst-Heinrich-Geist-Strasse in Frechen near Cologne in recent months. Some of the leases were concluded as part of an exclusive marketing mandate. At the same time, the existing tenants were repositioned for the long term and full occupancy of the location was secured for the long term.
As part of the letting activities, the tenant structure was further developed in a targeted manner. The aim was not only to fully utilize the logistics park, but also to make it sustainable and stable.
New tenants at the logistics park include Iraklis Savidis GmbH (around 3,000 m² of hall and office space), trade fair service provider Apromex GmbH (approx. 2,760 m²) and Amatulli GmbH with around 2,700 m² of hall space. The portfolio is complemented by another wholesaler with around 1,600 m² and a fulfillment service provider that has rented around 3,600 m².

The logistics park on Ernst-Heinrich-Geist-Straße benefits from its convenient location in the west of Cologne with quick access to Cologne city center and the national transport axes and is one of the most sought-after logistics locations in the Cologne area.
