Cologne, 20 October 2026 – All three former BMW dealerships of Autohaus Rolf Horn GmbH have new users: Kareitec GmbH has acquired the Kall site, while the Jülich and Erftstadt sites have been let on long-term leases. Angermann NRW was exclusively mandated with the marketing by the owner, Horn Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG, and brokered all three deals off-market. The parties agreed not to disclose the terms.

As part of its strategic realignment, Autohaus Rolf Horn closed the three sites as of 31 March 2025 and has since focused on Euskirchen, Düren and Wesseling. Together, the properties offer approx. 3,500 m² of usable space on approx. 15,600 m² of land, each with showroom space, a workshop with direct vehicle acceptance, storage, office and staff areas as well as an integrated car wash: Kall, Messerschmittstraße 12 (approx. 758 m²), Jülich, Rudolf-Diesel-Straße 5 (approx. 1,236 m²), and Erftstadt-Lechenich, Gildestraße 10 (approx. 1,529 m²).
The new users build on the existing infrastructure: Kareitec, a dealer and service provider for industrial trucks and cleaning technology, uses the showroom, workshop, parts sales and outdoor area in Kall. Renault Retail Group uses Erftstadt as its new sales and service branch. In Jülich, a mix of auto parts retail, vehicle workshop, vehicle care and car sales has emerged.
"It was important to us that the three properties were marketed off-market and discreetly. The vacancy period was to be kept as short as possible, and solvent prospective buyers and tenants were to be approached.
