Angermann NRW GmbH has successfully brokered around 1,000 m² of training space at Widdersdorfer Strasse 248-252 in the west of Cologne to the Fortbildungsakademie der Wirtschaft (faw). The space is spread over two floors (1st and 4th floor) with approx. 500 m² each.
Thanks to the rapid availability of the space, faw was able to move into it almost unchanged and without any structural measures, which was a decisive advantage for the publicly funded institution.
"This deal underlines our good and long-term cooperation, both with the owner and with faw, for whom we have already successfully brokered space at other locations on several occasions. The quick agreement and efficient cooperation of all parties involved contributed significantly to the success," explains Lilly Ostermann, the responsible broker at Angermann NRW GmbH.
The lease came into force on July 1, 2025, and faw's relocation has already been successfully completed.Angermann NRW GmbH will also remain faw'scontact for future location searches.
