Your role

Practical learning in our teams

As a dual student (m/f/d), you will be directly involved in our teams and gain valuable practical experience:

🏭 Industry & Logistics

  • Support with location analyses and market overviews
  • Creation of exposés and support with marketing strategies
  • Direct customer contact and participation in viewings

🏢Of fice letting

  • Supporting prospective tenants and analyzing space
  • Organization of viewing appointments
  • Participation in contract preparations and negotiations

Your tasks:

  • Support in the management of customers and projects
  • Preparation of market and location analyses
  • Preparation and support of marketing measures
  • Maintaining and updating databases and exposés
  • Organizing and carrying out viewings

What you bring with you:

  • Interest in the real estate industry and the above-mentioned fields of activity
  • Independent, structured way of working and organizational talent
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Class B driving license
