As a working student (m/f/d), you will be directly involved in our Research & Investment teams:
📊 Research
- The basis for every transaction! Whether location analyses, market reports or requirement profiles.
- Research ensures a well-founded approach for all departments and always has its finger on the pulse.
📈 Investment
- Transactions and projects that shape the cityscape!
- As supra-regional transaction consultants with a focus on Cologne, we have the opportunity to play an active role in shaping the city.
- From retail properties in the Veedel district to hotel properties in the city center, we take care of sustainable utilization
Your tasks:
- Research & creation of requirement profiles
- Market discussions with regional, national and international investors
- Preparation of market and location analyses
- Support in the conception and creation of pitches
- Preparation and support of transactions
- Analysis of commercial & residential properties
- Maintaining and updating databases and exposés
What you bring with you:
- Degree in a business or real estate-related course of study (Bachelor's or Master's)
- Interest in the real estate industry, business and the aforementioned fields of activity
- Independent, structured way of working and organizational talent
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Class B driving license
