Alexander Wunderle wurde im April 2022 zum Geschäftsführer bestellt. Er ist bereits seit Gründung der RheinReal Immobilien GmbH Teil des Teams und war von 2015 – März 2022 als Prokurist auch für die strategische Ausrichtung des Unternehmens mitverantwortlich. Bis dahin war Alexander als Berater im Bereich Bürovermietung tätig und führte in dieser Zeit über 200 Mietvertragsverhandlungen zu einem erfolgreichen Abschluss.
Nach der Übernahme der Leitung des Investment Teams im Jahr 2017, änderte Alexander die bisherige Strategie, welche sich stark auf regionale Investoren fokussierte und erweiterte den Kundenkreis auf nationale und internationale Investoren. In dieser Zeit hat Alexander als Teamleiter Investment Transaktionen in der Region Düsseldorf-Köln/Bonn mit einem Gesamtvolumen von ca. 1 Mrd. € begleitet.
Alexander verantwortet auch die Initiierung und stetige Expansion des Landlord-Services Team der RheinReal, bei welchem er in den letzten 5 Jahren Exklusivmandate, mit einem Volumen von über 140 000 m² Mietfläche, betreute.
Zuletzt hat Alexander erfolgreich seinen Abschluss zum Executive MBA in International Real Estate an der Universität Regensburg/IRE|BS Immobilienakademie absolviert.
