July 1, 2024: Management buyout of and integration of Angermann NRW GmbH into the Angermann Group by the three new managing partners Alexander Wunderle, Patrick Sohns and Alexander Gruhler. The former shareholder Dirk Hindrichs remains associated with the company as an independent consultant.

Alexander Wunderle was appointed Managing Director in April 2022. He has been part of the team since RheinReal Immobilien GmbH was founded and was also jointly responsible for the strategic direction of the company as an authorized signatory from 2015 to March 2022. Until then, Alexander worked as a consultant in the office letting sector and led over 200 lease negotiations to a successful conclusion during this time.
After taking over the management of the investment team in 2017, Alexander changed the previous strategy, which focused heavily on regional investors, and expanded the client base to include national and international investors. During this time, Alexander has acted as team leader for investment transactions in the Düsseldorf-Cologne/Bonn region with a total volume of around €1 billion.
Alexander is also responsible for the initiation and continuous expansion of RheinReal's Landlord Services team, where he has managed exclusive mandates with a volume of over 140,000 m² of rental space over the last 5 years.
Most recently, Alexander successfully completed his Executive MBA in International Real Estate at the University of Regensburg/IRE|BS Real Estate Academy.

Patrick Sohns has more than 15 years of experience in the brokerage of logistics and industrial properties and land in North Rhine-Westphalia. He began his career in 2010 after successfully completing his training as a real estate agent in Düsseldorf. He then moved to RheinReal Immobilien GmbH, the predecessor company of Angermann NRW GmbH, where he held a management position until 2024. During this time, he built up the Industry and Logistics division and successfully established a high-performance team structure.
In 2017, Patrick Sohns completed a degree in real estate economics (IRE | BS), which further deepened his professional expertise. Under his leadership, the Industry and Logistics division grew into a significant business unit characterized by a strong supra-regional network and fully exploiting the potential of this asset class. His almost two decades of experience and extensive track record in the industry make him a recognized expert in his field.
Patrick Sohns has been Managing Partner Industrial & Logistics at Angermann NRW GmbH since the second half of 2024. With his in-depth knowledge and proven leadership skills, he supports the strategic development and expansion of this business segment in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Alexander Gruhler has been a Managing Partner at Angermann NRW since September 2024 and brings extensive expertise in the areas of sales, digitization and marketing. Before joining the company, Alexander was Managing Director of a pan-European digital agency, which he transformed into the ninth largest owner-managed digital agency in Germany within 17 years.
At Angermann NRW, Alexander is responsible for the customer experience and the expansion of the corporate business. His experience in implementing digital solutions and modern marketing channels helps to significantly increase the company's efficiency and reach.

Dirk Hindrichs

Dirk Hindrichs was the majority shareholder of RheinReal Immobilien GmbH until June 2024 and played a key role in shaping the company. Today, he is a central figure at Angermann NRW in his role as an active ambassador, networker and consultant.
He is actively involved in the shareholder transition. With his many years of market experience, his keen sense for relevant contacts and his strong network, he acts as a door opener and representative at decision-maker level - both internally and externally.
Dirk Hindrichs stands for continuity, trust and entrepreneurship - and is therefore an indispensable part of Angermann NRW's new direction.
