Angermann NRW brokers new lease agreement: NEXT DOOR opens digitalized fitness studio at Sudermanplatz in Cologne
Through Angermann NRW, NEXT DOOR, a subsidiary of Just Fit, has leased approx. 300 m² of space at Sudermanplatz 1a. The fitness studio provider will open its fully digitalized and autonomous gym during the first quarter of 2025.
The location in the immediate vicinity of student accommodation makes the site particularly attractive for NEXT DOOR, as it can specifically address a young, dynamic target group.
The existing building of the Kölner Studierendenwerk AöR on Sudermanplatz not only offers first-class visibility, but also optimal connections. In a highly competitive fitness market, these are decisive success factors. The lease to an established operator also underlines the attractiveness of the property and the potential of the location.
